These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ye999 ("ye999", "the Platform", "we", "us"). • You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

ye999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where ye999 reasonably believes that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
• A player has provided false registration information.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ye999.

Upon termination for cause, ye999 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause at ye999's initiative, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
